From the modular and standardized wooden structural profiles to the leather strap seat (which maximizes the use of the hide): in this piece designed by Bruno de Carvalho, the notion of efficient use is evident. The name pays tribute to his grandfather, with whom he experienced rural life in the countryside from an early age and observed the cultivation of the land, learning to make the most of it — a concept he now applies to the chair in a self-sustaining way. The strict attention to proportion highlights the care given to the smallest details, and the combination of materials emphasizes the lightness of each gesture.
